Expected set of skills and knowledge:
- 1+ years of experience in IT or Tech recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source and evaluate quality candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent networking skills and a tenacious approach to building solid relationships.
