What you can do:

  • Facilitate effective collaboration across development, design, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while promoting continuous improvement through Agile, Lean, and evidence-based practices.
  • Track and report key delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, time to market, innovation rate) to help teams optimize value delivery.
  • Coach team in Agile/Scrum practices, fostering self-organization and sustainable growth in maturity.
  • Evaluate and adapt delivery frameworks to ensure they support fast, high-quality outcomes.
  • Remove impediments or connect the team with the right people to do so, building a safe, trusting environment for open problem-solving.
  • Facilitate productive discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution while promoting transparency and clear communication.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization, using a servant leadership approach to empower the team.
Expected set of skills and knowledge:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and guide teams effectively.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, IT operations, and product development processes.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least two years, with hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies and deep knowledge of Scrum principles.
  • Familiarity with other Agile approaches such as Kanban and XP, and comfort working in various methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
  • Skilled in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project to manage tasks and track progress.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):

  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
  • The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
